NORTHBROOK, Ill., May 22, 2023 – The Allstate Corporation (NYSE: ALL) announced today that its board of directors has approved a dividend of $0.89 per share. Allstate also announced that it has paid its preferred quarterly earnings.
Common Stock Dividends
Allstate declared a one-third dividend of $0.89 per share payable on July 3, 2023, to shareholders at the close of business on June 2, 2023.
Section Preferences
Allstate also announced a total of $18.2 million in dividends for two preferred units during the distribution period from April 15, 2023, to July 14, 2023. All of the proceeds will be paid as cash on July 17, 2023, to stockholders. close of business on June 30, 2023, as follows:
