The tax filing deadline is April 18, 2023. If anyone in your household had a Marketplace plan in 2022, use Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace.® Comment to file your federal tax return. You will get this form from the Marketplace, not from the IRS. Check your Form 1095-A to make sure the information you entered is correct. Save with other information on your taxes.

How to “reconcile” using Form 1095-A
- You will use the 1095-A form to “reconcile” – see if there is any difference between the tax credit you owe and the amount you qualify for on your taxes.
- Before you start, check the form to make sure the information is correct. If you filed your taxes with the wrong form, you may need to file an amended tax return using the correct information.
- If anything else is wrong with your transmission or your home, contact the Market Call Center.
